Bed Linens, Etc. Return Policy
The many product categories that can be ordered from our internet store are manufactured and shipped direct to our customers from different locations in the United States and Canada. In the case of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, our return policy is the same for everything… the defective or incorrect product will be picked up (at our expense) and returned to the factory and replaced. However, the return policy for other than defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise varies depending on the product category. The different policies are:
Return Policy – Egyptian Cotton Products
If you have purchased and received one or more of our imported Egyptian Cotton products (bed linens, robes, towels, etc.) that has a manufacturing defect or is not the size or color you ordered, notify us within 30 days via e-mail at our Customer Service Desk or call us at 800 77MY BED (800-776-9233). We will then provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) and the instructions for returning the defective or incorrect merchandise… and have it repaired or replaced. The merchandise being returned is NOT to have been used or washed. Cost of shipping and handling in these cases will be absorbed by Bed Linens, Etc.
If your reason for requesting a replacement is other than manufacturing defects or shipment errors (You are not happy with the color or “hand feel” of the material, etc.) follow the same procedure as outlined above; notify us within 30 days via e-mail at our Customer Service Desk or call us at 800 77MY BED (800-776-9233). We will then provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) and the instructions for returning the original item/items that you ordered and replace it or them with your new selection. The merchandise being returned is NOT to have been used or washed. Cost of shipping and handling in these cases will be absorbed by YOU.
If you are unhappy with your Egyptian cotton product/products and wish to return it/them for a refund; notify us within 7 days via e-mail at our Customer Service Desk or call us at 800 77MY BED (800-776-9233). We will then provide you with an RA (Return Authorization). The merchandise being returned is NOT to have been used or washed. Cost of shipping and handling in these cases will be absorbed by YOU.
Return Policy – Kimlor Products
If you have purchased and received one or more of our Kimlor products (bedroom ensembles, window treatments, 180TC P/C bed linens, etc.) that has a manufacturing defect or is not the size or color you ordered, notify us within 30 days via e-mail at our Customer Service Desk or call us at 800 77MY BED (800-776-9233). We will then provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) and the instructions for returning the defective or incorrect merchandise… and have it repaired or replaced. The merchandise being returned is NOT to have been used or washed. Cost of shipping and handling in these cases will be absorbed by Bed Linens, Etc.

Return Policy – Custom Merchandise
Because each order is made custom, to your specifications, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for any reasons other than manufacturing defects (or shipping errors). We are happy to send you a sample of the fabric you are considering before you make your final decision. We are also willing to answer any of your questions via email, or via telephone, prior to your purchase.
