RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

Our Return Policy concerning any products manufactured by Kimlor Mills is: If any of the products are DOA (Defective On Arrival) we will replace them at no charge to you.

Contact us via phone or e-mail and we will provide you with an authorization# to return the defective merchandise.

If for any other reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the unit within 30 days (to the factory... contact us via phone or e-mail and we will provide you with an authorization# to return the merchandise) for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed. The merchandise must be returned in its original box and packing, and in a resaleable condition. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, you will be mailed a refund check.
